The international standard for quantum-readiness
Established 2025 · United States · Inherited from IAIDL (since 2014)
IQCDL exists for one reason: to make the quantum era understandable, measurable and safe for everyone — from boardrooms to classrooms. We turn an intimidating, fast-moving field into a clear, certifiable path that individuals and organizations can actually follow.
Inherited from IAIDL — since 2014, in 94+ countries
IQCDL was established in the United States in 2025 as the quantum-focused sister body of IAIDL — the International Artificial Intelligence Driving License: an internationally well-established certification group founded in 2014 and active in more than 94 countries (iaidl.org, with IAIDL College in the UK at iaidlcollege.co.uk). The group is aligned with the leading global AI indices and AI awards, holds several international award programs of its own, is aligned with frameworks of excellence, maintains a strategic alliance with the World Economic Forum (WEF), and is aligned with ISO standards. IQCDL inherits that decade of standards-first, vendor-neutral credentialing and extends the proven legacy from artificial intelligence into the quantum age.
